The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will be held in three competition zones: Beijing, Yanqing, and Zhangjiakou, with a total of 25 venues. Among them, there are 12 competition venues and 13 non-competition venues. Out of the 25 venues, 10 are existing, 6 are planned for construction, 4 are being built for the Winter Olympics, and 5 are temporary constructions. All newly built venues will meet the international green building evaluation certification LEED standards.
